Happy Sunday!

What a fun and busy week that culminated with an adventure in New Jersey!

Last Monday, Kimberly Kirschner invited all of us to attend her event highlighting Michael Greger, MD. It was so much fun and it was for a great cause…. Well done Kim!

I condensed my workweek into 2 days as I attended events and tended to my clients and family needs. Then off I went to NJ to attend Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s recording of his new PBS special.

As if that alone wasn’t exciting enough, I was also able to visit with my friend Karina Pearse LaMalfa…  WooHoo, Double Bonus!!!

Today, Karina and I will continue our adventure as we try our skill at axe throwing… Yes, you read that correctly! Later in the day, I will get on an airplane and be picked up by my love, at midnight! All I will say is, “pray for us!”
