Happy Sunday!

Perhaps it is a sign of how busy I have been, but can you believe this is the end of January! Yes… Time will continue moving forward! It is so important that our time have meaning and purpose. Well, sometimes we need to blow off steam and just have fun. But depending on what we want to accomplish, we need to be about whatever we want to create!

So, how are your New Year commitments coming along? Have you accomplished anything that you set out to accomplish? I certainly hope so! But hope has nothing to do with it… It is all about intention!

There is so much I want to accomplish. I am so excited to surround myself with incredibly talented people who also have a similar vision. One in particular is Ann Fonfa!

The last time I interviewed Ann was in 2018. I am totally impressed with how God allows things to happen in our lives to create something that will improve not only our circumstances but also the lives of others!

Ann and I just recently reconnected and I am excited for you to learn about what she is doing.

With so much fear out there of getting cancer, it is time to turn that fear into informed choice. Although Tom will be the first to tell us that he has not assisted in a live birth, he will quickly state that he has helped many mothers prepare their bodies for an unbelievable delivery. Tom will share why a prebirth doula is essential along with the truth about birth that no one will tell us.
