Happy Sunday & New Year’s Eve!

It is almost here… 2024!

As you can imagine, I am still celebrating the 12 Days of Christmas as well as the start of the New Year’s Eve celebration! Here are some pictures to prove it…

Christmas Eve…

Christmas Eve started with The Bennetts, at Grace Church. What a great way to begin Christmas.

My parents loved every minute of being with family, celebrating!

Christmas Eve at The Saltmarsh home, is such a beautiful tradition.

1st Day of Christmas…

Although Blake & Amanda could not join us for the Christmas Eve festivities… they spent the night with us, at Brittney & Bryan’s home. It was truly a blessing to wake up with Jacob & Claire to watch them open their presents.

3rd Day of Christmas…

My friend Jill created and gave me these beautiful masterpieces… I wanted to brag on her skills. This is what started my desire to bring a small group of my friends together, and have a fun wine bottle decorating party!

Before we started creating our masterpieces, we discussed ideas, concerns, and our fears about making the ugliest bottle!

We brought all our insecurities to this table, and turned them into cheering, encouraging, and helpfulness, towards each other! The results were unbelievable!

What an amazing experience to create together!

4th Day of Christmas…

Blake gave us a “gift of time” coupon book. We cashed in on Blake, making us The Best Meal EVER! (Blake made sure our coupon was not a counterfeit before preparing our phenomenal meal. (He is so funny!)

Such an honor to be Blake’s sous chef!

How wonderful to spend time with Blake & Amanda!

Dinner and cleanup by Blake, a rocket launch, great conversation, lots of laughter, and Yahtzee… We Had A Blast!!! (Oh, and Amanda won!)

5th Day of Christmas…

Date night with my love.

6th Day of Christmas… Finally, Christmas celebration with The Elwells!

Eric, Ashley, and the kids are back from Memphis, TN. How wonderful to get together. Added bonus… Blake joined us for lunch.

My heart is full!

7th Day of Christmas…

Robert and I will be spending NYE with my sister, brother-in-love, my godson and his family, my brother and his girlfriend! Stay tuned for more pictures next week. In the meantime, it is time to look within and what you want for next year. Oh Wait… That’s tomorrow!

Do you have a great relationship with your father or are you still carrying the pain from your past. It is amazing how much time I spend coaching people about how to release the hurts and past traumas from their childhood. As we enter a weekend that honors fathers, let’s discover, embrace, and release the wounds from our childhood so we can fully celebrate the man who gave us life. (Aired 6/15/23)

Auld Lang Syne

Tuesday, 1/2/24 Facebook Throwback Party 12:05 pm ~ There are times in my life when I feel that God is calling me to make a change. When this happens, I get silent and wait for my next orders from God. How does God speak to you? This year, I have noticed how many children are growing up not knowing anything about God. The schools and society are promoting confusing lifestyles. I have felt tugged towards sharing God’s word, doing more classes about the Bible, and freeing my time to create a new path. I believe I now know what steps to take and I look forward to sharing them with you. (Aired 7/27/23)

Friday, 1/5/24 Facebook Throwback Party 12:05 pm ~ Where has the time gone? I cannot believe this is my final class for 2023! When I take a look at all the things that happened this year, I have to take a pause. Some things I could have controlled, while others I could not. This year included meeting and interviewing great teachers, creating wonderful events, and the loss of my friend Lorraine Day, MD. Regardless, each step has been an opportunity for growth. This includes the discovery that each one of us may not have the power to control the outcome, but we can certainly become the SOLUTION!
