Happy Sunday!

Here we go… Fasten your seatbelts. This week we will learn and grow! And hopefully the “growth” is emotional and not around our waist.  😉

As I mentioned last week, the next two months will be very busy for me. So, instead of stressing over what to write in my blog, I will share my latest interview…  Just click on the link to view my Florida Today WEFS TV interview video. Please feel free to share it with your friends and family.

Thought I would share the video Tim spoke about, during the interview, called “Old City Bar” by TSO

I am still excited about all last week’s shows… Such great inspirational people who touched my life. I hope you enjoyed them as well. If you missed listening to any of last week’s shows, there are two ways you can still listen. They are updated daily to our website  (Click Here to listen) and you can go YouTube to Apple Podcasts (for iPhones), Google Play Music (for Android phones) or iHeartRadio, search for “Lillian McDermott,” and listen to the podcasted shows, commercial free, at your leisure (Click Here to learn more). Let’s continue to Grow Together!

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on

The Lillian McDermott Radio Show!

Monday, 11-20-17 ~ The holidays are almost here. With all the hustle and bustle, we are left with very little time. Along with the holidays comes all the food, beverages, and late nights that may not be the best for our health. Fortunately, Health Coach and Chef, Andrea Beaman is back to share how we can create home remedies in our own kitchen that are healing and can restore our bodies.

Tuesday, 11-21-17 ~ During the holidays, joy, laughter, and love abound. But what happens when tragedy strikes? The loss of a loved one, property, job, or friend can leave us feeling numb, isolated, or even depressed. You might think, “no one understands me” or “when will I feel normal again?” Today, I will discuss these questions as well as, “how can I start the healing process?”

Wednesday, 11-22-17 ~ I met oncologist Dr. James Forsythe in 2015 by accident. I knew then, that our meeting was divine. Dr. Forsythe has a clinical trial that only accepts stage 4 cancer patients. Traditional chemotherapy has a 5-year success rate of only 2.1%… The success rate of Dr. Forsythe’s trial exceeds 70%!  Yes… you read that correctly. He will share how he helps his patients heal their body with very little, if any, toxicity.

Thursday, 11-23-17 ~ Dr. Joel Fuhrman, author of more than 12 books including, “Eat to Live, Quick & Easy,” believes that attaining long-term health and achieving permanent weight loss comes through healthy eating. Eating for health will eliminate heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity and more. But what does it mean to eat for health? Dr. Fuhrman will share why G-BOMBS are important and how to end food addictions by becoming a “Nutritarian.” (Aired 6-21-17)

Friday, 11-24-17 ~ JP Sears has a way of combining spirituality and humor better than I have ever known… He is a spiritual healer who can speak deeply into my soul and in an instant, make me spit out my beverage while bending over laughing. I recently spent 4 days with him at a workshop. My admiration towards him grew even more! He is as beautiful on the inside and he is on the outside. On this day, we will discuss how to expand our comfort zone. (Aired 6-9-17)

Sunday, 11-26-17 @ 1:00 pm ~ You can always count on the holiday season to place you in moments that are uncomfortable, with people who may not be your favorite. Whenever this happens just know we are being raised to a higher place of love and gratitude. Who else to lead this conversation than the executive director of A Network For Grateful LivingKristi Nelson! Kristi has a way of speaking right to the heart and she will empower us to be our higher selves. (Aired 11-16-17)

It is a busy week and I hope you will set your reminder to meet me on the air…  Let’s all listen & learn together!
