We just completed our Hormone Reset Diet…  How did you do?  Would love to receive your feedback.



I must admit that I had to go back to the beginning “re-reset my Estrogen Dominance” several times as my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and his new job.  Translation: I drank alcohol at two different times during the reset.  Funny thing is that I have gone an entire year without alcohol, but no excuses; I wanted to share my experience honestly and will take a look at why I could not go 21 days without alcohol.  Yikes!



Regardless, I loved the awareness The Hormone Reset Diet provided and was able to see a change in my body, especially once I gave up grains.  That is when I started to see my stomach lose unwanted fat!   I will do the reset again in January of 2016!

Tuesday, 7-28-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~ It’s the 4th Tuesday of the month and Dr. David Baker-Hargrove is back to share his wisdom.  This time, we will discuss anger and its side effects.  Do you turn into The Incredible Hulkwhen you are angry?  How do you deal with anger?  Dr. Dave has some tips to share that might help and I cannot wait to hear them!





Wednesday, 7-29-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Are you single and “past your prime?” So many feel uncomfortable about being single.  In fact, some people stay in relationships just because the thought of being single frightens them.  Gloria Pierson is the author of “Single, Happy and Strong” and guess what we will be discussing?  We will be discussing how to be single, happy and strong!





Thursday, 7-30-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Dr Hans Diehl focuses on Lifestyle Medicine and is the author of “Take Charge of Your Health.”  Dr. Diehl believes that our Fork & Knife can be used as Weapons of Mass Destruction or Instruments for Health & Healing.  He will share how we need a revolution in medicine to reduce chronic illness and the revolution can be won with our forks!




Friday, 7-31-15 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Dr Joel Fuhrman, the author of “The End of Dieting,” believes that attaining long term health and achieving permanent weight loss comes through healthy eating. Eating for health will eliminate heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity and more. But what does it mean to eat healthy?  Dr. Fuhrman will share his 3 Steps to Incredible Health and how to end food addictions by becoming a “Nutritarian.”
