Happy Sunday
On May 14, 2011, The Lillian McDermott Radio Show aired for the first time. Interestingly enough, that day was also my 48th birthday! I can honestly say, that is when my life truly began. (So, I am only 7!)
The number 7 is a special number to me. I will share why on Monday’s show… So stay tuned!
Today is Mother’s Day and instead of writing a long blog, I want to share two articles, one I wrote for my mom 14 years ago called “Just Like My Mother,” the other is the article I just wrote for Florida Today called, “The Phases of Motherhood”
No matter what your relationship is with your mom. please make sure you stay close and love her unconditionally. Isn’t that what we all want? …To Love and Be Loved!

Friday, 5-18-18 ~ In 2013, I watched a documentary featuring Orthomolecular Scientist, Dr. Andrew Saul, called Food Matters. I immediately reached out to Dr. Saul. During our interview, Dr. Saul shared how I could get off my asthma medications by using vitamin C. For the past five years, the asthma (no longer “my”) has been under control.
