Happy Sunday!

Last week was filled with love, laughter, and kisses from Jake, our 2 ½ year old grandson. He has a way of brightening any room with his spark and his smile. Then I ended the week with a retreat with Kim Shelpman at Healing Element Ayurveda. An amazing and much needed retreat!

Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death in the world for those aged 15-24 years. Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide. As of April 2018, Bob Holmes has been in over 6,000 gymnasiums and has performed in front of and spoken to over 6,000,000 teenagers and adults. Bob is a man on a mission who is spreading a message of hope. He is doing so, one volleyball game at a time. He will share how we can beat the odds.


Friday, 5-3-19 Facebook Watch Party 5:05 pm ~ Marc Ramirez is a former University of Michigan football player who released 50 pounds and reversed type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, psoriasis, and eliminated heartburn. Marc and his wife, Kim, have seen firsthand the transformational evidence of a whole food plant-based lifestyle on the body. This led them to start Chickpea and Bean, a non-profit organization.  They will share the biggest frustration they currently have. (Aired 5-3-18)
