We celebrated Easter with our family yesterday, Saturday, and we loved every minute! I cannot get enough family time these days. And I wonder if it is the “family time” I most desire or is it feeling like I belong to a tribe?

As you know, I am focused on gaining balance in my life… So, instead of telling you about our family time yesterday, I will share some beautiful McDermott/Elwell/Bennett moments.  My heart is full!

Monday, 4/1/24 Facebook Throwback Party 12:05 pm   ~ When we hold on to past traumas, even when we ignore them and act as they never happened, they affect how we view others, our circumstances, and the world. If you are tired of putting yourself last, if you desire to leap out of your skin, if you are about to make a change and are fearful, perhaps we can take this leap together. Many times, we think we are selfish if we put ourselves first. Let’s change that thought… I will share the importance of valuing everything in life, especially ourselves. (Aired 2/8/24)

But not all chiropractors are created equal. I met Upper Cervical Chiropractor, Renee Hahn, DC, in 2014 and I have been going to her ever since. I have learned a lot from Dr. Renee, and Carissa Stallings, DC, about the importance of the spine. Not only will Dr. Renee and Dr. Carissa will be teaching us about the Brain Body Connection, they will also be speaking at the I AM the SOLUTION Natural Health Summit, on 4/6/24… I am truly excited to introduce them to you!

 

Wednesday, 4/3/24 WYNAF, Telegram, YouTube, Twitter, or Facebook PREMIERE 12:05 pm  ~ Author of Holistic Cancer Medicine, Henning Saupe, MD, saw firsthand the devastation cancer can have on the body. Conventional treatments did not allow his mother to survive her terrible cancer diagnosis. As a result, Dr. Saupe chose to look at health differently. Even though he was not able to help his mother, he now helps others in his clinic in Germany. He offers his patients whatever the body needs to heal and he does it as holistically as possible. I met Dr. Saupe at the Annie Appleseed Project conference. I was thrilled to hear how he looks at the body. I am sure we can agree that the information he shares will help everyone we meet. Dr. Saupe will share how to treat the body with cancer, holistically.

 

Thursday, 4/4/24 WYNAF, Telegram, YouTube, Twitter, or Facebook PREMIERE 12:05 pm  ~ I had the pleasure of meeting and listening to Sean T. Devlin, DO, H.M.D. at the Annie Appleseed Project and Best Answers for Cancer conferences. Dr. Devlin is an expert in both Integrative Medicine and Integrative Oncology. The first time I met him during the events, I did not know he was a speaker. He seemed like a nice guy. Then I saw him get up with a panel of distinguished cancer specialists and I heard him speak. It became apparent he was not just a nice guy, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable! Dr. Devlin shared such important information. I want all of us to learn from him… Dr. Devlin will share the truth about integrative oncology.
