My bags are packed and I am literally taking a hike!
I cannot believe how much coordination and preparation goes into a backpacking trip. As it is, 24 miles will be challenging enough but when you add 30 extra pounds on my back, a trail that is foreign and an inexperienced hiker (me), this trek might be more like a sitcom!
Please wish me luck and say lots of prayers for my safe return. I look forward to surviving this adventure so I can share it with you! <3
