Happy Sunday!

I am reclaiming my life back, as a daily part of my manifestation towards the abundance I desire… Let me explain.

After learning from Bruce Lipton, PhD, that our thoughts trump our DNA, I have been positive and protective of what I think. Recently, through a series of events and journaling, I have become aware that my thoughts have been hijacked and consumed by what others think of me and my perception of what I do not have.

It does not matter how evolved we are or how many courses on personal growth we have taken, the reality is, we are human and constantly need adjusting.

Starting from a place of vulnerability is always a good place to reclaim what we want. Vulnerability allows us to look at our flawed self and still know we are enough. Vulnerability is a great place to embrace awareness, gentleness, gratitude, appreciation, and selflove.

If you are feeling stuck, frustrated, underappreciated, devalued, or not loved, it is time to shift. It is time to step into the naked you and say with joyful anticipation, “I am enough,” and “The Universe is constantly working on my behalf. This too will serve my greater good!”

Life is a process with many kinds of winding turns…  Even if at this moment you do not see the blessing, knowing deep inside, “this too will bless me,” will make the journey so worthwhile.

Please consider making a daily commitment of reclaiming and envisioning the secret desires of your heart.
