Happy New Year 2017!


This is it…  We knew this day would come…  No more “waiting until Monday” or “Next Year” to start eating well or to start with healthier habits or to create the life you want!  Have you made any declarations for 2017?

Do you know what time it is?  It is Now Time!

Each one of us has a desire in our heart.  (Some have more than one.)  Have you listened to that voice deep within? Really listened? If you haven’t done so already, I suggest that you sit by yourself with NO interruptions and NO time limitations,  just you asking questions to your body.  Wait patiently, the answers will come. Be prepared to write your answers down.

Here are some suggested questions to ask:

  1. What do I want for 2017?
  2. What am I pretending not to know?
  3. What do you want me to know?
  4. How can I honor my mind, body, and spirit?
  5. What am I willing to do, to create what I want?
  6. How can I make myself a priority?
  7. Who is the voice in my head that keeps holding me back?

Once the answers start coming, I am sure you will have more questions.  Honor the questions with answers. And honor the answers with action.  Do whatever it takes to create the life you want.  (Even if it requires you to get crazy uncomfortable!)

Facing your fears or whatever you have bottled up, will set you free.  Let your desires out and, I promise you, your body will start feeling better.  Then, your mind will start thinking differently. And then, your spirit will soar.  It is time…  And the time is NOW!

Monday, 1-2-17 ~ Dr. Charles Majors, DC, has devoted over 17 years studying health and healing to prevent and reverse disease through natural methods. In September, 2010, he was diagnosed with an incurable bone marrow cancer that metastasized to his brain. He was told he had only weeks to live. Friday, 1-6-17 ~ As we start the New Year, we make all sorts of resolutions. But within the first few weeks, the passion of our declarations dwindles.  It is time for a RESET!  Melissa Hartwig, the author of It Starts With Food & The Whole30, believes we can achieve Food Freedom Forever when we adopt a “No cheats, No slips, No excuses” mentality.
