The last time I was in Jacksonville Beach, our daughter and her husband treated us to breakfast at Jax Beach Brunch Haus. Normally, when we go out there are not many options for me to eat. Much to my surprise, not only was there a vegan, gluten free treat I could eat, but when I met and then heard (The Opera/Owner Guy) Dan Altman sing, I knew he would be a great teacher on my show. Jacksonville’s “Singing Chef” will share how he has been able to persevere, trust and enjoy the process.
