CANDIDA  OVERGROWTH ~ 21 Day Balance Cleanse

  • Get food grade Silica powder (dirt-cheap) – Take 2 Tablespoons in an 8 oz glass of water 3 times a day.  (If you cannot tolerate the taste, take 1 Tablespoons per 8 oz glass of water 6 times a day.  I say… plug your nose and get it done! 😉


  • 12 Grams (12,000 mg) of Natural Vitamin C (plant-based)


  • Drink a gallon of filtered water with 1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.


  • 12 Days, drink Organic Apple, Celery, Carrot (1/3 EACH ) – 8 oz every morning on empty stomach. (You can drink juice the entire time but 12 days is enough.)


  • Eat well: Raw & Organic and include Raw Organic Sauerkraut. NO processed foods.  After cleanse, follow 70/30 rule for eating.  (Eat well 70% of the time and 30% you can eat whatever you want.)
