Three Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Two Days ago, I celebrated my 48th birthday on the first broadcast of The Lillian McDermott Radio Show… The woman who began this journey is not the same curious student who sits in the classroom today. When I state, “This classroom has saved me,” I am being completely truthful! Although aging has taken its natural toll, sometimes I cannot recognize the woman I was 10 years ago.
