I am trying something new and I would love your feedback…



I am constantly being told that 1 hour is not enough time. Some have suggested that I return to a 2-hour show.  Since a 2 hour show is not an option right now, I thought that perhaps a “series” of shows would be beneficial especially when we want to dig deeper into our spirit.   One of the shows that comes to mind, when wishing I had more time on the show, is a show with Dr. Margaret Paul.



Margaret Paul, Ph.D. is a relationship expert, best-selling author, and co-creator of the powerful Inner Bonding® healing process. She is recommended by actress Lindsay Wagner and singer Alanis Morissette. Margaret has been featured on Oprah and has helped many worldwide.  She has counseled individuals and couples. We will explore the 6 steps of Inner Bonding ® and divide it into 3 shows this week.  Let’s get our “soul” shovels out and let’s dig deeper!

Monday, 10-19-15 – 8 am to 9 am ~  It is “Military Monday” with Psychologist, Dr. Scott Fairchild. He will talk about “The impact of PTSD on military spouses and family members” and we might even hear from a military spouse to share her personal perspective.



Tuesday, 10-20-15 – 8 am to 9 am ~  Day 1 with Margaret Paul, Ph.D. and the Inner Bonding® healing process. On this day we will tackle the first three steps:

  1. Be in touch with your feelings.
  2. Intention to learn or protect from pain.
  3. In depth dialogue process.



Wednesday, 10-21-15 – 8 am to 9 am ~ Day 2 with Margaret Paul, Ph.D. and the Inner Bonding® healing process. On this day we will tackle the second three steps:

  1. Turn to personal source of guidance.
  2. Take loving action.
  3. Evaluate your action.



Thursday, 10-22-15 – 8 am to 9 am ~ Day 3 with Margaret Paul, Ph.D. and the Inner Bonding® healing process. On this day we will tackle addictions and any questions you might have.  Again, please email your questions, comments or concerns to me.



Friday, 10-23-15 – 8 am to 9 am ~ How quickly can your behaviors turn into habits?  Is it difficult for you to change habits that don’t support the life you want to live?  Samantha Deebel has changed her eating habits and Kim Smith, from A-Live & Healthy, will share with us how to make great tasty food without a stove!  I am hungry already!!!
