Happy Sunday!

How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time!  That saying has become reality to me.  😉

What a week and what a move!  I have realized something about myself…  I hang on to too many things!  Well, in my defense… What if the style comes back?  What if I need it someday?  (I am joking but I seriously need to sit with why I need 4 pairs of the same brown leggings! 😉 )

It has taken us 3 weeks to move from our old home and we are still not done!  Our  new home looks like a storage facility!!!   This confirms our decision to live a simpler life and be debt free.   I cannot wait to share more but I need to get my home in order…  Time to take a bite out of the elephant!

I am so excited that all of last week’s shows are updated…  Click Here and let’s continue to Grow Together!

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on The Lillian McDermott Radio Show.

Monday, 8-25-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Chuck McClung is the Health editor of the Florida Today.  We all want to be healthy and I asked Chuck to share his top health stories and how they have impacted his life.   I cannot wait to hear what he has to say!

Tuesday, 8-26-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Do you remember listening to Dr. James Dobson, the founder of Focus on the family?  I certainly do…  He has been so influential to me and to so many!  He will be releasing a new book in September called: “Your Legacy – The Greatest Gift” and I cannot wait to speak to him about it.  (Not yet confirmed but hopeful he can join me.  If not, I will be flexible and prepare another show…  Hey, that’s how I roll!)

Wednesday, 8-27-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ We have all heard of Genetics…  but do you know about Epigenetics?  Dr. Bruce H. Lipton, PhD is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. He is a stem cell biologist, bestselling author (The Biology of Belief) and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award. And he will join us to share the Great News that we are NOT a victim of our genetics but rather, we are empowered by our beliefs and environment.  Let’s take our life back!  (Originally aired, 7-2-14)

Thursday, 8-28-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County is a grass roots voice for housing issues affecting low income families and individuals in Brevard County. Through community partnerships, they empower low-income families and individuals to achieve their full community potential and realize their dream of home ownership.  Bill Welser and Wendy Burns will tell us about this wonderful organization and their upcoming fundraiser “Hard Hat & High Heels” to be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014.

Friday, 8-29-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ It is “Friendly Friday!”  What does Friendly Friday mean?  This is where YOU call in during the show and share what is on your Mind, Heart or Spirit!   If you have a problem, dilemma or concern that you need help getting through, then Friendly Friday is for You!   I am a Certified Life Coach and would love the opportunity to help…  So, CALL 321-631-1300 or you can email me at LILLY@WHENYOUNEEDAFRIEND.COM and I will read your comment on the air!  By the way, you can share some “Good News” too!

By the way…  On Saturday, August, 30, 3014 at 1 pm, I will be the guest on The Laureen Trent Show!  I have no idea what we will talk about but I am sure it will be crazy fun!  As always, You can listen live on www.WhenYouNeedaFriend.com from your computer or smart phone.

It is a busy week and I hope you will set your reminder to meet me on the air…  Let’s all listen & learn together!

So talk to me, listen and we will all learn together…
