Week of 7/20/20, on The Lillian McDermott Radio Show/Classroom!

Happy Sunday!

A week ago, a little Monarch butterfly with crumpled up wings made its way onto my balcony and into my heart. After not knowing if my little butterfly would make it, it became apparent I needed to do something.

This little butterfly has taught me many lessons and has allowed me to reflect on how fragile life is. Most importantly, it has taught me the true meaning of helping one of God’s creatures without expectation.

I now call this little butterfly, “LB” and he/she might be little but what a resilient creature. Just in case you missed my LB videos, below is my first post… If you want to see more, you can catch up on LB’s latest news on my YouTube Channel

Last week was a week of many moments of awareness and shifts… One example is when Dr. Lorraine Day, this beautiful 83-year young champion reminded me/us of the end of the story… God Wins! (Can I get an AMEN?!!) Dr. Day was exactly what I needed to restore hope.

The below class was supposed to be about “a day in the life” of Dr. Day, but it became much more… It was my shot of “hopeium!” I hope it is for you too.

As a result of this conversation, Dr. Day and I will be launching a virtual bible study on the book of Revelations. The class will be on a Monday evening for about 12 weeks… What a great way to start the week. Anyway, start clearing out your calendar around the 24^thor 31st of August. (I will share the date, once we decide.) Please let me know if you want to be added to the study.

Monday, 7-20-20 Facebook Watch Party 5:05 pm ~ As Robert and I enter our 26^th year of marriage, I am sure there is more to learn about improving our relationship. Tuesday, 7-21-20 Facebook LIVE 5:05 pm ~ As we have learned in the classroom, one size does not fit all. Unfortunately, many of us spend a lifetime trying to fit into someone else’s idea of health. I am so happy to share yet another way to choose health. Mark Simon is the founder and director of Nutritional Oncology Research Institute (NORI). He has made it his mission to look for alternative ways to return the body to optimum health. Last month, Mark shared NORI’s purpose and mission. Now, Mark will share the NORI protocol.

Wednesday, 7-22-20 Facebook LIVE 5:05 pm ~ Jennifer Gramith, ND, CLT has taught us about the lymphatic system, what clogs the lymphatic system, and what can we do to detoxify it. One of the actions we can take is cleaning out our diet. Dr. Gramith will share ways to reset and how we can prepare for a juice cleanse.

Friday, 7-24-20 Facebook Watch Party 8:05 am ~ What do you do when you see a homeless person in the street with a sign asking for money? Do you avoid eye contact and pretend you didn’t see them? Artist, Willie Baronet was so uncomfortable with seeing people with signs asking for help, he began buying and collecting homeless signs to deal with his discomfort. Now, his discomfort has turned into “WE ARE ALL HOMELESS,” a heART project! Willie will join us to share his story of compassion and self-discovery. (Aired 7-23-19)
