Happy Sunday!


I must admit, I have not been able to fully digest the information that I learned a few weeks ago about the side effects of the vaccine. Although I cannot allow these emotions to enter my body, I am still aware of the potential devastation that is to come.

I continue to remain in the now. But I am also hopeful that these side effects can be reduced with alternative medicine, optimal diet, and lifestyle.

As I am preparing this week’s blog, my intention is to create health for those who are open to it. I noticed the lineup this week is all about optimal health! Coincidence or Intentional Manifestation?

For me, it is all about trusting God… But I also know Jesus wants us to “Pick Up Our Mat!” As you assess your health, are you where you want to be? If anything, Covid has given us a second chance at health. We have seen some people die from comorbidities and others who had Covid but not even know they had it. I believe health is key and I am committed to bringing awareness of optimal health, spirit, mind, and body!

Because of the busyness in our lives, Robert and I decided to pause and get away to visit some friends for the weekend… I am grateful for friends and the joy they bring! Joy is an incredible emotion that leads to happiness and better health. What can you do today to bring you joy!

We love The Villages… This is where people retire and grow younger!
