This week was filled with wonderful opportunities. I wonder how much I would have missed had I said “NO” to any of these wonderful opportunities? So, I want to ask you… What are you saying “NO!” to? I understand that we need to keep balance but there is a time for “NO” and also a time for YES!!!”
We all need to set boundaries in our lives. Those boundaries need honoring and it is important we know why we have set them. I am focusing on the times we say “no” out of fear or insecurities.
So this week, I would like you to be mindful of the “no’s” in your life. This might be pursuing a new opportunity, trying a green vegetable, seeking a different way of doing something, or approaching a wonderful adventure! If this “no” is coming from; “I don’t think I can do it?” or “I’m not educated enough, smart enough, strong enough” or just simply, “I am not enough!” Then before you say “No” ask yourself; “if I knew I could not fail, would I do it?” If the answer is yes, then, it is time to say “YES!” JUST DO IT!!! Let your “YES” be out of your belief that YOU ARE ENOUGH… Create the Life of YOUR Dreams!
