Happy Sunday!

What are you thinking?

Our thoughts lead to our feelings. Our feelings lead to our actions! Everything starts with a thought… The invention of the airplane and the automobile, even the bombing of the World Trade Center, began with a thought. Both thoughts led to incredible consequences. These consequences have led to ease of travel or fear of terrorism.

Our thoughts create our lives. Yet we may be totally unaware at any given time what kind of life we are creating.

So, what are you thinking now?  ; -)

This week I will share a class I did on going with the flow of life. I hope you can pull some pearls from the lesson!

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on

The Lillian McDermott Radio Show/Classroom!

Monday, Facebook Watch Party 12:05 pm   ~ The Classroom has been a “life saver” in my life. Not only do teachers share how to heal naturally, sometimes these teachers share information that is not heard in the mainstream media. Sam Needham, AP LMT, LCT of American Metabolic Laboratories, will teach us about one of their blood tests called the “Cancer Profile” that can detect if you are at risk of cancer even years before signs or symptoms occur. (Aired 10/20/20)

Tuesday, 10-11-22 WYNAF, YouTube or Facebook LIVE 12:05 pm  ~ Most people who change their lifestyle, including the way they eat, do it because of a health crisis. Karen Ranzi is no exception to this rule. As a result of Karen’s and her son’s health issues, Karen made the commitment to go from vegan to Raw Vegan. It made a huge difference in her life and in the lives of her family. For the last 30 years she has helped people from all over the world change their lifestyle to raw vegan and improve their health. Karen will share how nutrition can help improve our hormones and gut health.

Wednesday, 10-12-22 WYNAF, YouTube or Facebook LIVE 12:05 pm ~ Imagining the loss of a loved one is not a welcome thought in the mind of most of us. Having to actually deal with that loss does not even come close to the emotions we thought we would have. Stand-up comedian and author, Kelley Lynn, suddenly became widowed at 46 years of age, when her husband died of cardiac arrest. Kelley will share the brutally awful, hilarious truth about life, love, grief, and loss, so that we can learn how to change our conversation about death and embrace the grieving process.

Thursday, 10-13-22 WYNAF, YouTube or Facebook LIVE 12:05 pm  ~ If you were to ask me as a child, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” My answer was always, “I want to be a mommy!” For most moms, being everything to everyone can be overwhelming. It is wonderful to find guidance and someone who is likeminded to help raise our children. Natasha Beck, MPH, Psy.D, has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, specializing in pediatric neuropsychology. She is also a mom known as Dr. Organic Mommy. She will share how to embrace toxic free living.

Friday, Facebook Watch Party 12:05 pm  ~ Ayurveda is an ancient health care tradition that has been practiced in India for at least 5,000 years. Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, author of Change Your Schedule, Change Your Life,” is a world-renowned Ayurvedic physician and educator from India. He holds an M.D. in Ayurvedic Medicine. Dr. Suhas is one of the most academically accomplished Ayurvedic physicians in the US. He will share how we can establish an Ayurvedic Medicine selfcare routine that will love us back to health. (Aired 10-24-19)
