The reality is… it could be a party, sadness, joy, boredom, stress, or celebration to justify getting off our diet. But what about the holidays? This is a time when overindulgence is at a fever pitch for several months! How can we break the cycle of “any excuse” to eat foods we know cause dis-ease?
