Stacia Glavas never dreamed that by befriending a young homeless mother, it would change Stacia’s life, and many others as well. Her experience became part of an awareness that there is a need for mothers who are on their own. As a result, Stacia founded New Life Mission, a four-phase residential family program that equips homeless mothers with the skills and knowledge to transform their families in a Christ-centered environment. Development director AnnMarie Britt, and Shannon, who graduated from the program, will share what the saying, “It Takes a Village,” really means.
