Happy Sunday!

What a fun weekend… As you might remember, I just interviewed Ken Block, the lead singer for “Sister Hazel.” He invited us to attend their concert at the House of Blues in Orlando. We had a blast! I am happy to report that we are certified Hazel-Nuts!

This week, I will be taking some time off. This is part of my commitment towards selfcare and balance. As much as I LOVE bringing new topics and guests to the show, there are many past shows that are worth revisiting. This week, I hand selected shows that focus on creating a life of balance and, even if you have learned it before, I hope there is something new that you hear this time.

I have even been interviewed by other radio talk show hosts. Although it might seem odd, and they may want to change their life circumstances, those scenarios are familiar to them. Being comfortable can kill you. I wonder how are you dealing with it? Dr. Connie Mariano knows about stress… She is the first Filipino American woman to become a Navy Rear Admiral and White House physician to three sitting presidents, including President Bill Clinton.
