Happy Sunday!

What was I thinking…  Moving???

This week has been incredibly taxing on my mind, body and spirit.  I love an adventure. But this “moving adventure” back to Brevard County has been difficult. Just the thought of moving sends chills up my spine.

Moving is like childbirth.  Not today’s “spinal block childbirth,” where the mother does not even feel her contractions.  I mean the grunting, pushing, passing out from pain, kind of labor like back in the 1800’s.  If you have ever moved, you can feel my pain.

I keep reminding myself as I unpack another box of crap, I mean “treasures,” how grateful I am to be where my spirit wants to be. Just writing my thoughts makes me feel joy. I should just end my blog here while I’m feeling joy, but then I look around and see the reality.

I am up to my neck in boxes and the news that not all furniture fits in elevators…  Gulp!  (Yes, we had some casualties along the way and had to make some sacrifices.) So now I get to be creative and embrace my surroundings with the furniture that made the cut!

I do not like (dare I say I HATE) moving but I embrace every moment as I surrender to what is and plug away, one box at a time.  Eventually, just like childbirth, I will forget the pain and embrace new life.  I am truly grateful!

I am still excited about all of last week’s shows…  Such great inspirational people who touched my life. I hope you enjoyed them as well.  If you missed listening to any of last week’s shows, there are two ways you can still listen. They are updated daily to our website (Click Here to listen) and you can go to iTunes (for iPhones) or Google Play Music (for Android phones), search for “Lillian McDermott,” and listen to the shows, commercial free, at your leisure (Click Here to learn more). Let’s continue to Grow Together!

Wednesday, 8-31-16 – 12 Noon ~ Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Rene Brent, RN, is back to teach us how to master the art of releasing our emotional baggage.  In her new book “How Big is Your But?” Rene helps us dive into our BUT and discover what keeps us from living the life of our dreams.  Is there anything holding you back?  Rene will teach us how to become aware of the size of our “BUT” and how to overcome it.  How Big is your But?  (Aired, 7-27-16)

Thursday, 9-1-16 – 12 Noon ~  The ancient Chinese sage Confucius said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”  Does this statement ring true for you?  If you were not being paid at your job, would you do it for free?  The Freedom Catalyst, Daniel Eisenman, is doing what he loves and he will teach us how we can too.

Friday, 9-2-16 – 12 Noon ~  Have you ever met someone that you had a real connection with only to lose their contact information?  Then, randomly, a friend invites you to a nutritional event where the main presenter is that same individual you met six months prior?  Well that is exactly what happened to me with Holistic Health Coach, Kim Kirschner, the founder of Willow Star Haven Charitable Foundation. There is a reason we met again and this time, you too will want her number.

It is a busy week and I hope you will set your reminder to meet me on the air…  Let’s all listen & learn together!
