Happy Sunday!
This weekend, I had the pleasure to go back to the place where I became a Certified Life Coach. There I witnessed 33 people transform right before my eyes… How beautiful to be able to witness someone’s transformation. It is even more beautiful when that transformation occurs in someone you love. My “Love Tank” is full!
How are you feeling? What is your body telling you? Do you have little aches and pains or do you feel like a million bucks? If you are feeling good on the inside, chances are you also look amazing on the outside. Regardless of how you are feeling, even if the outside matches the inside, we always deserve to work on ourselves. We need to remind ourselves that we are worthy to grow, to learn and to try new adventures.
So, it is time for a reality check… I want to encourage you to stand in front of a mirror and look deep into your eyes. Look lovingly into your eyes and keep looking until you can really see you, your essence, the spirit within you. (Take your time, do not rush this.) Notice how beautiful you are. Place your hands over your heart and listen. Click Here and listen to this beautiful song by Christina Aguilera. Don’t say or think a word, just listen, without judgment.
Once the song is over, acknowledge your beauty and wisdom. Tell yourself, “I love you” and feel your love. Ask your inner wisdom to guide you and send love to each person you will meet on this day.
Each day, do something to fill your spirit or to bring yourself joy. Our creator created you to be perfect in every way. Your DNA was divinely picked and it is time to graciously accept your uniqueness and worthiness.
Can you see your beauty? I am so grateful for you and each breath we collectively share. You are Beauty-Full!
