Happy Sunday!

Do you have elderly parents?

Have you needed to make decisions for your parents because they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves but they are unwilling to see they need help?  To complicate things a bit, add 4 children who have different ideas of what “being helpful” looks like.

Well, if you have ever experienced this or are experiencing it, congratulations, your parents have lived a long life.  Now what?!

This is my reality and I know that if I am going through this, many of you might be as well.  I feel it is time to have some shows on this topic…  So stay tuned, I am currently working on it.  😉

Time continues to move forward and the 2nd Thursday of the month is near… This only means that my next Florida Today article will be published in the April 13th paper.  (You can find a sneak peek, online, starting on Tuesday April 11th.)  Hope you like it…  I would love to hear your feedback.

I am still excited about all of last week’s shows…  Such great inspirational people who touched my life. I hope you enjoyed them as well.  If you missed listening to any of last week’s shows, there are two ways you can still listen. They are updated daily to our website (Click Here to listen) and you can go to iTunes (for iPhones), Google Play Music (for Android phones) or iHeartRadio, search for “Lillian McDermott,” and listen to the podcasted shows, commercial free, at your leisure (Click Here to learn more). Let’s continue to Grow Together!

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on

The Lillian McDermott Radio Show!

Monday, 4-10-17 ~ How are you doing in the New Year with “releasing weight”?  Could you use a pep talk?  Transformations Medical Weight Loss Clinics and their CEO, Trey Stouffer, are committed to serving all your needs and being there for you.  This week, a satisfied patient and former guest, Judy Killebrew, shares her wisdom and what it is like to be “Transformed,” one year later.

Tuesday, 4-11-17 ~ This show was supposed to air last week but it did not.  So, let’s try this again…    “The Great American Health Hoax” is a wonderful book on how to live a healthy life, naturally.  I was so impressed with Raymond Francis, the author of this “How to” manual, that I asked him to come back… This time we will focus on men’s health issues!  (Aired 6-3-15)

Wednesday, 4-12-17 ~ It’s that time again where we get to dissect my next Florida Today article!  As always, joining me is my favorite editor and creator of “Daddy Duty,” Tim Walters.  The article is about my latest experience with a different kind of “PTSD!” You can find the article online starting on April 10th or in the Florida Today newspaper on April 13th.

Thursday, 4-13-17 ~ On this day, we have a full house of heavyweights!  Heather Dane, Sara Griscom, Jessica Gosney, and Dr. Mona Lisa Schulz, will share how we don’t have to be “Mensa” smart to tap into our MINSI!  (Medical Intuition, Nutrition, Shamanism and Imagery.)

Friday, 4-14-17 ~ There is nothing like getting your hand caught in the cookie jar.  But what if, when you get caught, the entire world finds out.  And what if you are in charge of that individual’s health. Dr. Connie Mariano is the first Filipino American Woman to become a Navy Rear Admiral and White House Physician to President Bill Clinton.  Dr. Mariano will share how to overcome difficulties in our lives.

It is a busy week and I hope you will set your reminder to meet me on the air…  Let’s all listen & learn together!

So talk to me, listen and we will all learn together…
