WUH??? It’s the first week of April!!! Where has the time gone?
I pray you are all safe and healthy but most importantly, that you feel at peace. Personally, after returning my mom to be with my dad at their assisted living facility, I needed to tend to my spirit. At the time, I did not know that I was not doing enough to replenish myself. I quickly found out that I was running on fumes.
On top of everything that is happening in our lives, there is so much division and uncertainty in the world. One thing is certain, a change is coming! But what kind of change?

My challenge to myself and to you is to answer the question, “What do I want for my Spirit, Mind and Body?” Take the time to listen… Your spirit will speak. Then, create the change you have been secretly wanting.
I want to encourage all of us to look at this time as a reset or new beginning. A time to muster 20 seconds of courage to take that first step.
