Yesterday, our children came to our home for The McDermott Family Paint Fest. We are so grateful for our wonderful teacher/artist Kelli, for having the patience to deal with our crew.

Tuesday, 3-3-20 Facebook LIVE 5:05 pm ~ There is never a good time to lose someone you love. The grief can be so debilitating that it is hard to imagine what your life will be like without them. Television producer and author of I’m One of The Lucky Ones,Joseph Alvaro, knows this pain. Joseph, along with fellow widower Matt Zoller-Seitz created a website called The Lucky Ones as a web-based video platform for people to celebrate the continuing bonds shared with those who’ve passed away. In short interviews, people from all walks of life share their stories about someone special who has touched their lives. Joseph will share how grateful he feels to have had his wife in his life and how we can celebrate those we no longer have on this earth.

Wednesday, 3-4-20 Facebook LIVE 5:05 pm ~ The last time Jennifer Gramith, ND, CLT was in the classroom, we discussed how past trauma can lead to disease. She is back to discuss one of her specialties… The lymphatic system! The lymphatic system is frequently ignored by many medical professionals. Dr. Gramith has dedicated her career to teaching not just her patients but other medical professionals about the importance of detoxing the lymphatic system. Now it is our turn to have a class on Lymphatics 101. I look forward to learning from her!
