Happy Sunday!

This is the weekend in which, for me and my family, the Christmas Season begins…  It’s the time where we bring Christmas cheer to those who are living their last years on earth.  It is a busy weekend for me and instead of sharing my thoughts for this day, I want to encourage you to Click Here and read my latest article in the Florida Today.  Please feel free to share it with those you love, especially if their marriage is in crisis.  Also, feel free to share your thoughts.

I am still excited about all of last week’s shows…  Such great inspirational people who touched my life. I hope you enjoyed them as well.  If you missed listening to any of last week’s shows, there are two ways you can still listen. They are updated daily to our website (Click Here to listen) and you can go to iTunes (for iPhones), Google Play Music (for Android phones) or iHeartRadio, search for “Lillian McDermott,” and listen to the shows, commercial free, at your leisure (Click Here to learn more). Let’s continue to Grow Together!

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on

The Lillian McDermott Radio Show!

Monday, 12-12-16 – 12 Noon ~  We are entering the beautiful holiday season of joy which comes with parties, celebrations and plenty of food! What better way to stay fit than with Trey Stouffer of Transformations Medical Weight Loss Clinic. Trey will share how to keep the same weight, before, during, and after the holidays. (Aired 11-14-16)

Tuesday, 12-13-16 – 12 NoonDondi Dahlin grew up in the world of energy medicine. Her new book, The Five Elements, tells us all about the five elements.  Just as Meyers-Briggs has helped people and businesses everywhere build stronger relationships, this 2,000-year-old system provides a model for understanding personalities and improving relationships.  These Five Elements help people empower themselves and engage with others in a way that is immediate, practical, potent and lasting.  Dondi will teach us why learning about the Five Elements can make a difference in our lives.  (Aired 4-19-16)

Wednesday, 12-14-16 – 12 Noon ~ Even though my Florida Today article was published on 12-8-16, it is important that we continue to speak on the importance of working to improve your relationships with your spouses.  Even if you are thinking of calling it “quits” after the holidays, you owe it to yourself, and your children, to try something new.  Tim Walters, of “Daddy Duty” at Florida Today, will help me share how we can work on our marriages, even when they are in crisis.

Thursday, 12-15-16 – 12 Noon ~ We spend a lot of time talking about how to glow from inside. On this day, let’s focus on how to glow from outside?  Do you want to feel like a prince or princess?  Do you like your hair? Or do you have hair coming out of odd places?  What about your makeup…  Do you want to learn professional makeup tips? Well, Misti Blu Day, of Bombshells Barbershop & Glam Lounge and Joy McGregor, of Joyous Faces, will teach us how to get “Red Carpet” ready for the holidays!

Friday, 12-16-16 – 12 Noon ~ With the high level of political correctness today,  how can we celebrate Christmas and still acknowledge others who celebrate differently from us?  Fortunately, Joe Battaglia, author of “The Politically Incorrect Jesus,” will share about the tradition of Christmas and how we can celebrate with political correctness.

It is a busy week and I hope you will set your reminder to meet me on the air…  Let’s all listen & learn together!

So talk to me, listen and we will all learn together…
