Happy Sunday!

There are a couple of things I want to share that I am so excited about… First, on Monday, October 20, 2014, I was interviewed by National Radio Show Host, Tom Sokoloff on Good News Naturally… What a THRILL! If you want to hear the show, Click Here!

The other thing I am excited about is that I was able to attend the Central Florida Veg Fest! The reason I love attending this event is because I get to spend time with others who are loving the earth in a respectful way.

I was able to learn about products that are environmentally friendly, buy homemade products, witness the kindness to rescued animals and, most importantly, I was able to eat vegan, non GMO, organic delicious foods while there!

I am encouraged to see the amount of people attending this event and loved the positive energy I experienced from everyone! I truly believe that we are awakening to an attitude of responsibility and abundance… I am so grateful!

As always, all of last week’s shows are updated…  Click Here to listen and let’s continue to Grow Together!

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on The Lillian McDermott Radio Show.

Monday, 10-27-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Many suffer from allergies but what happens when your little girl goes into anaphylactic shock when there is dairy in the room? Well, start a 501c3! Lisa Ficke will share what Food Allergy Resources & Mentoring (FARM) is doing to create awareness as she educates others along the way. Join FARM on November 8th as they kick off their 1st Annual “No Limits” 5K Run/Walk as a 501c3!!!

Tuesday, 10-28-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ It is the 4th Tuesday of the month and that only means that Psychologist, Dr. David Baker-Hargrove, will share his wisdom with us! We can be so hard on ourselves and focus on all our flaws but we will discuss how to Love the person you are or better yet, how to become the person you can love! It is time for us to fall in love and be gentle with ourselves!!!

I am taking some much needed time off and hope you enjoy listening to these shows again…

Wednesday, 10-29-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ We recently experienced the earthly loss of one of the most talented comedians of our time…  Do I even need to say his name?  Robin Williams suffered from depression but so do an estimated 1 in 10 adults in the United States.  Psychotropic drugs have side effects that can cause suicidal thoughts and many sufferers end up terminating their precious lives.  Dr. Alice Lee, MD will be my guest.  She is a natural and holistic psychiatrist who uses nutrition, vitamin supplementation and meditation to help heal.  This kind of treatment has no side effect! (Previously aired 8-18-14)

Thursday, 10-30-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Dr. Andrew Saul of the documentary, “Food Matters” and www.DoctorYourself.com, is back but this time he will share how to wean off prescription pain pills by using vitamin supplementation. If you or someone you know just cannot get off that “pain pill” vicious cycle, Dr. Saul will teach us how to successfully and responsibly take your life back! And as I always say…   “You can take a pill or you can take responsibility!”(SM)  What will you choose? (Previously aired 6-10-14)

Friday, 10-31-14 – 9 am to 10 am ~ Over 100,000 people die each year due to pharmaceutical drugs side effects. These are drugs given for the right reason and taken the right way. Master Herbalist, Anneke Balazs, is someone I go to when I need an herbal remedy. She is so knowledgeable and if you are tired of all the drugs in your life perhaps you will want to learn about Herbs that Heal! (Previously aired 2-19-14)

It is a busy week and I hope you will set your reminder to meet me on the air… Let’s all listen & learn together!

So talk to me, listen and we will all learn together…
