Yesterday we celebrated the 12th and last day of Christmas and a week’s worth of keeping my new year’s commitments. I hope you are off to a great start as well.

I also worked on my newest Florida Today article… So I will keep my blog brief.  You will be able to find the article online starting on Tuesday, January 9th, and in the Florida Today newspaper on Thursday, January 11th.  For now, I will share my most recent WEFS TV appearance. Thursday, 1-11-18 ~ It is my goal to be healthy… But because of the choices offered by my doctors in the past and the choices I have made, achieving optimum health seems like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube puzzle.
