Last week we tackled every aspect of food and nutrition.
- We learned from medical experts Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and Dr. Michael Greger, how food can prevent and reverse disease.
- We looked at our relationship to food and why we hold animal protein at a higher place than our own health.
- We learned how to become whole food-plant based. I (along with many of my friends) even joined Molly Patrick’s “Screw New Year’s RESOLUTIONS – Start Your Clean Food REVOLUTION” five-week course! (I will keep you updated on my progress!)
- Drs. Brian & Anna Maria Clement and Justin Harvey alerted us to the dangers of GMOs and how genetically modifying our food can lead to unknown illnesses.
Hippocrates said it best, “Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine thy food.” It is time to take our health back and take 100% Responsibility for every aspect of our lives… Even our dis-eases!
We are not victims of our genetics and we cannot let our habits keep us from the life we truly desire. We are the creators… Let’s create a picture of health for 2016 and beyond!
