I cannot believe it is day 5 and tomorrow I can break my fast!!! Although today is the weakest I have felt so far, I am truly grateful for the awareness of how I used food for entertainment, when I am tired or bored. I am creating a new “feeding plan” that will include, intermittent fasting and more.
