Happy Sunday!

What a fun weekend… The Jax Vegan Couple came to my “neck of the woods.” It has been so much fun. I hope you checked out our stories on Instagram.

This week, I will be on a bit of a vacation where I can catch up with my “to do” list. I am hoping to walk on the beach every day. Hopefully, you will join me for a bit of that time through my social media posts. I plan to celebrate, rest, reconnect, and restore!

Funny thing…  I already miss Safura and Ubaid but they are not even gone yet!  So, I will get back to hosting these two wonderful friends and prepare to celebrate our Independence Day.

F R E E D O M !

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on

The Lillian McDermott Radio Show!

Monday, 7-2-18 Dr. Frank Ochberg is a psychiatrist and a pioneer in trauma science. He graduated from Harvard and then Johns Hopkins Medical School. He is one of the founders of psychotraumatology and served on the committee that originally defined Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. We will discuss how the word “Disorder” needs to change to “Injury” and why this is so important. (Aired 6-17-17)

Tuesday, 7-3-18 ~ Speaker, dancer, energy healer, Dondi Dahlin is the author of The Five Elements.  The five elements are similar to Meyers-Briggs. The Five Elements is a 2,000-year-old system that provides a model for understanding personalities and improving relationships. These Five Elements help people empower themselves and engage with others in a way that is immediate, practical, potent, and lasting. Dondi will teach us why learning about the Five Elements can make a difference in our lives.  (Aired 8-11-17)

Wednesday, 7-4-18 ~ Dr. Joel Fuhrman, author of more than 12 books including, “Eat to Live, Quick & Easy,” believes that attaining long-term health and achieving permanent weight loss comes through healthy eating. Eating for health will eliminate heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, and more. But what does it mean to eat for health? Dr. Fuhrman will share why G-BOMBS are important and how to end food addictions by becoming a “Nutritarian.” (Aired 6-21-17)

Thursday, 7-5-18 ~ Are you sick but cannot find any answers as to why? Have you been diagnosed with a condition but none of the treatments seem to help? Just recently, Dr. Richard Horowitz, MD, author of How Can I Get Better?”  came on the show. We had many callers and texters wanting to know more. So, Dr. Horowitz is back! Dr. Horowitz will share how heavy metals and environmental toxins affect our body. He will also teach us the steps to eliminate these toxins and get better. (Aired 7-5-17)

Friday, 7-6-18 ~  JP Sears has a way of combining spirituality and humor better than anyone I know… He is a spiritual healer who can speak deeply into my soul and, in an instant, make me spit out my beverage from my nose while bending over laughing. I just recently spent 4 days with JP, at a workshop. My admiration for him grew even more! He is as beautiful on the inside and he is on the outside. On this show, we will discuss how important it is to expand our comfort zones. (Aired 7-1-17)

Saturday, 7-7-18 ~ What are you willing to do to live the life of your dreams? As the great philosopher Meatloaf sings in his song, “I would do anything for Love, but I won’t do that!” For the last 7 years, I have learned from great “Teachers” on my radio show. I will share these great lessons and the keys to living a responsible life.  (Aired 5-31-18)
