Yet another busy weekend of love and celebrations!

 

This weekend I was able to celebrate at our dear friend’s retirement party and then travel to Jacksonville Beach to spend time with my little girl, Brittney, who will soon be a mommy to Jake Christopher Bennett.  I am amazed at the network of friends Brittney has created and how beautiful her life is.  As her mother and friend, I am beyond grateful.  I look forward to holding that little bundle of pure love within 7 weeks.

Monday, 5-2-16 – 8 am to 9 am ~  Are you ready for the summer?  Well, summer is right around the corner!  Have you been wanting to get into your bathing suit but feel a little self-conscious?  Exercise and nutrition are so important but are you feeling a bit overwhelmed?  Fortunately for us, the CEO of  Transformations Medical Weight Loss Clinics, Trey Stouffer, will educate us on “Inch Reduction Therapy and motivate us into getting our Healthy Beach Body back!

 

Tuesday, 5-3-16 – 8 am to 9 am ~  If you are not quite ready to commit to a Whole-Food, Plant-Based lifestyle change, would you be ready to learn how to prepare healthier meals?  Former NFL Cheerleader, Fitness Universe Champion and author, Brooke Griffin, struggled to release nearly 70 extra pounds after giving birth to her son.  She will share “the skinny” on how she combined her love for cooking and fitness in order to reach her goals.   Brooke will also share some healthy recipes from her new cookbook “Skinny Suppers.

 

Wednesday, 5-4-16 – 8 am to 9 am ~  Due to technical difficulties last week, we were unable to record the show with comedian Tom Cotter…  I am so grateful that he is available to join us on this day!  Tom was the runner up for America’s Got Talent.  As he states, “I lost to a dog act, in front of 19 million people, and they didn’t even know they were in a competition!”  Tom’s comedy is hilarious but this 20-year veteran’s “overnight success” required perseverance and drive.  Tom will join us to share how he continues to remain focused on his dream.

 

 

Thursday, 5-5-16 – 8 am to 9 am ~  Caroline Semerjian moved to Florida from Michigan in 1992.  After doing a guided shell tour at dusk, she woke up in the middle of the night scratching uncontrollably.  Becoming “the main meal” for the annoying No-See-Um started and 18 years later, an incredible business. NoNoSeeUms was created from necessity but how did she do it?  Many of us have ideas but do not know how to make the dream a reality.  Do you have an idea for a new product or a business?  Caroline will share her story and the steps she took to turn this company into a reality.

 

Friday, 5-6-16 – 8 am to 9 am ~ Ex-gang member turned motivational messenger, Preston Smiles, was no stranger to a life of crime.  One night when Preston was fifteen, he was faced with a decision to take a routine ride of mischief with his friends or stay home.  Intuition told him not to go.  Within an hour, everyone in that car was shot and killed!  This tragic event shook him to his core and catapulted him to find a higher purpose for himself. Are you searching for your life’s purpose?  Pay attention to your thoughts and think again…   Preston will share how our thoughts are creating our reality.
