Week of 5-14-18, on The Lillian McDermott Radio Show!

Happy Sunday

On May 14, 2011, The Lillian McDermott Radio Show aired for the first time.  Interestingly enough, that day was also my 48th birthday! I can honestly say, that is when my life truly began. (So, I am only 7!)

The number 7 is a special number to me. I will share why on Monday’s show… So stay tuned!

Today is Mother’s Day and instead of writing a long blog, I want to share two articles, one I wrote for my mom 14 years ago called “Just Like My Mother,” the other is the article I just wrote for Florida Today called, “The Phases of Motherhood

No matter what your relationship is with your mom. please make sure you stay close and love her unconditionally. Isn’t that what we all want? …To Love and Be Loved!

I pray you have The Best Mother’s Day EVER!

I am still excited about all last week’s shows… Such great inspirational people who touched my life. I hope you enjoyed them as well. If you missed listening to any of last week’s shows, there are two ways you can still listen. They are updated daily to our website  (Click Here to listen) and you can go YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Google Play MusicSpotify, or iHeartRadio. Search for “Lillian McDermott,” and listen to the podcasted shows, commercial free, at your leisure (Click Here to learn more). Let’s continue to Grow Together!

It is a new week and here is what’s happening on

The Lillian McDermott Radio Show!

Monday, 5-14-18 ~ PAAAAARRTTYYY! It is time to celebrate 7 years of The Lillian McDermott Radio Show. I have so much to be grateful for and I want to say “Thank You” to my sponsors, to my “listening and viewing” friends, and to all those who have supported me along the way. The number 7 is symbolic and I look forward to sharing why!

Tuesday, 5-15-18 ~ What are you willing to do to be healthy? Unfortunately, many wait until they receive a diagnosis to feel motivated to learn the many ways to achieve health. Trey Stouffer, CEO of Transformations Medical Weight Loss Clinics, and I will discuss different ways to achieve health excellence.

Wednesday, 5-16-18 ~ Have you had your G-BOMBS today? If you haven’t, you will want to after our show. World Renowned, New York Times Best-Selling Author, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, will teach us how to achieve moderate caloric restriction. He will also teach us the secret to slow aging and extending life. We will be giving away his book, “The End of Dieting”!

Thursday, 5-17-18 ~ I have invited Annie Brandt, the founder of Best Answer for Cancer Foundation, to the show to talk about her “Answers for Cancer Summit.”  The summit starts today. And I am truly excited about meeting all these wonderful experts who will teach us how to heal the body from cancer and chronic disease. I look forward to sharing all these wonderful speakers with you.

Friday, 5-18-18 ~ In 2013, I watched a documentary featuring Orthomolecular Scientist, Dr. Andrew Saul, called Food Matters. I immediately reached out to Dr. Saul. During our interview, Dr. Saul shared how I could get off my asthma medications by using vitamin C. For the past five years, the asthma (no longer “my”) has been under control. Almost every pharmaceutical pill you take has a natural supplement that pretty much does the same thing without the horrible side effects. How do we know which is the best one? Dr. Saul will help us pick the right supplement.

Saturday, 5-19-18 ~ If it’s the 3rd Saturday of the month, then we will focus on The Law with Lilly’s Legal Dream Team! On this day, we will focus on workers’ compensation. Have you been injured on the job and don’t know what to do? There are so many laws that protect workers. Yet many injured workers are left feeling abandoned by the system. Workers’ compensation attorney, Terry Byrdof Byrd & Byrd Attorneys at Law, has been representing the injured worker for over 28 years. He will teach us about our benefits, so we can assert our rights. (Aired 10-28-17)

It is a busy week and I hope you will set your reminder to meet me on the air…  Let’s all listen & learn together!
